Saturdays 2-4pm at Hafan y Coed in Llanddulas.

Inclusive and welcoming to all.

Snacks provided.

£10 per session payable on a monthly basis.

home education sessions

We offer child-led, play-based sessions for Home Educated children. Outdoors, children naturally challenge themselves, follow their curiosity, work with others, and deepen their connection with the natural world. As an experienced primary school teacher, I build on that curiosity and provide support for each child’s learning and holistic development. Children any age welcome, but option to drop and leave from age 7 upwards.

We welcome groups from schools and organisations that work with children and young people. We can run sessions at Hafan y Coed in Llanddulas, or alternatively we could come to you if you have an outdoor space. It doesn't need to be a forest!

As a primary school teacher I am able to link the sessions to curriculum areas as well as deliver Forest School sessions which are more child led.
